Sources and bibliographyAndoljšek, Ivan. Naš začetni bralni pouk in učbeniki zanj I (1550-1869). Ljubljana : Univerzum, 1978, pp. 166.
NotesAndoljšek notes that it is a 'translation of Marchner's Alphabet.' The Trieste 1850 edition differs slightly from the two Vienna editions. It also contains a brief explanation of the differences between Gaj's Latin Alphabet and Bohorič Alphabet, however minor differences can also be found in the language. Andoljšek states: 'While in the Vienna editions the words have suffixes -om, -ega, -ik, in the Trieste edition they have suffixes -am, -iga, -ek' (Andoljšek, 1978, 166). The second edition has an extended first part (alphabet and basic grammar, while the texts do not differ). Both versions are digitized.
