| Notes | It is a repeatedly translated/adapted German reader 'Kleine Erzählungen zum Gebrauche der Landschulen in den kaiserl. königl. Staaten' which was translated by Matevž Ravnikar as Male povesti, Janez Debevec as Majhine perpovedanja, Štefan Kociančič as Povestice za pervo začetno šolo (Andoljšek, 1978, 277), and Jurij Alič as Kratke povésti. Debevec's translation served as the basis for Ravnikar's. Two different readers were published, 'Male povésti : sa şhole na kmétih po zesarskih kraljévih deshélah' and 'Male povéşti : sa méstine shole po zesarskih kraljévih deshélah.' Andoljšek believes that there are almost no significant differences in content between the two editions, and he considers the two titles out of place (Andoljšek, 1978, 192). Andoljšek does not mention the Viennese editions. |
