NotesŠkafar points out that Kardoš 'partially /.../ adopted and reworked the texts from Bakoš and Barlo's book, mostly retranslating them from Hungarian.' Despite the fact that it is a hymnal, the work was also used for school lessons by both Kokolj and Horvat. The aforementioned authors also mention an edition printed in Graz from 1855, but we have not been able to identify it. As Škafar notes, it is very likely an error, which in this case is probably the result of summarizing Šlebinger's contribution about Kardoš from SBL (Škafar, 1978, 31-32, 51, 75 and Kokolj and Horvat, 1977, 121 and Šlebinger, 2013).
